so small budget hotel and just typically amaris style. The most service that I give two thumbs up are they serve drop service near the surrounding are with no charge also they assist us to find cheap laundry. The room just ok. The breakfast is enough for budget hotel with choice of porridge, rice, noodle , vegetable, chicken, egg station, toast, tea n coffee, cordial. Mr. Tyo was very informative and friendly.

Well i guess its like something very common. When we thought we paid for a queen room. And then the hotel doesnt have the room and then we have to sleep in the twin room. I think it would be fair enough if only they put the bedding optional is subject to hotel availability so that i wont think that ive been cheated. I choose this hotel over the other hotel because the other hotel doesnt have another queen room. But once again i wrong.

Ada 1 staff yang paling saya benci jika dia handle checkin saya.namanya. "Farel" Sudah 2 atau 3 kali kebetulan di handle dia. Dari mau masuk pintu sudah melihat lalu buang muka.selalu saja tanpa senyum muka jutek.mungkin karyawan anda belum gajian. Saya tau ini hotel budget.namun sepatutnya karyawan hotel tidak seperti ini.kalah sama minimarket. Selebihnya memuaskan Saya di kamar 312 checkin 1 may jam 11 malam

Saya langganan hotel amaris.. mulai dari amaris di jkt yg di kemang, amaris di bandung, di singapore pun biasa pakai hotel amaris, tetapi hotel amaris disini paling buruk pelayanannya. - kebersihannya kurang. - security kurang membantu - pegawai2 yg sgt tidak ramah. Dan yang paling mengecewakan jam 8 turun makanan breakfast udah habis semua. Ketika ditanya knp kok kosong, jawabannya karena “hotel kita ramai”... heii harus nya hotel sekelas amaris ini sudah bisa memperkirakan untuk brp tamu yg datang dan brp bnyk yg harus disiapkan, sehingga ketika abis bisa langsung diisi lagi. Mungkin saya ga mau kembali ke amaris sini lg.

Hotelnya bagus, minimalis. Sesuai dengan harga yang ditetapkan. Sarapan pagi cukup walau tak banyak pilihan. Sayangnya malam hari restorannya tutup. Sulit mendapatkan jajanan malam disekitar hotel yang pada umumnya pertokoan yang malam hari tutup sehingga sepi.
